30-DAY WEAR TEST GUARANTEE

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day wear-testing period to make sure your new shoes meet your expectations. Take your shoes for a run or two, and if you're not convinced, we'll gladly exchange them for another model.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • A reason for the exchange is required.

  • Customers are responsible for any shipping charges.

  • If exchanging for a model of higher value, the customer is responsible for the price difference.

  • To prevent abuse, customers are limited to 2 wear test exchanges per calendar year.

  • The wear test guarantee is applicable only to footwear.

Products marked as Clearance or Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These items are sold as-is.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
