We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day wear-testing period to make sure your new shoes meet your expectations. Take your shoes for a run or two, and if you're not convinced, we'll gladly exchange them for another model.

Exchange Conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

A reason for the exchange is required.

Customers are responsible for any shipping charges.

If exchanging for a model of higher value, the customer is responsible for the price difference.

To prevent abuse, customers are limited to 2 wear test exchanges per calendar year.

The wear test guarantee is applicable only to footwear.
